摘要

Abstract

According to the features of Yunnan big-leaf tea and the unique geographical conditions, combined with vacuum treatment theory, critical technical equipment with self-owned intellectual property rights of anaerobic condition equipment of Yunnan big-leaf tea was studied and developed. The e-quipment is easy to use with simple structure and has low cost. The content of r-aminobutyric acid in the fresh leaf of Yunnan big-leaf tea processed with this equipment, was 1.2 times more than the standard value. The equipment uses PLC automatic control and provides a technical support on critical equipment for industrialized production of Yunnan r-aminobutyric acid tea.
