高压处理对AZ91D镁合金组织及力学性能的影响
Effects of high pressure treatment on microstructure and mechanics properties of AZ91D alloy

Abstract
The mechanical properties, the microstructure and the compression fractographs of the AZ91D alloy was studied under high pressure using a cubic anvil apparatus. The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy treated under a high pressure of 5 GPa is remarkably improved. The compressive strength and plasticity of the alloy subjected to treatment reach up to 287 MPa and 21%, indicative of increases of 22.6% and 43.8%, respectively. Although the strengthening phase of Mg17All2 dissolves in matrix gradually at high temperature, the compressive strength of the alloy treated under high pressure at temperatures from 200 to 800 ℃ still keeps at a high level.关键词
