摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effective method for patients with secondary lumbar discitis. Methods Hie clinical data of 27 patients with secondary discitis were retrospectively analyzed. The efficacy between conservative treatment for 15 cases and posterior lumbar debridement combined pedicle screw internal fixation for 12 cases were compared. Results The manifestations of secondary lumbar discitis were severe and long-lasting pain of lumbar,irregular fever,increasing ESR and CRP. The clinical symptoms of all patients were alleviated. All patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months. Compared with conservative treatment group, the duration of pain, time of lying in bed, length of stay in hospital, recovery time of CRP and ESR were significantly shortened in surgical group. Conclusion Posterior lumbar debridement combined pedicle screw internal fixation can alleviate symptoms .shorten course of disease in patients with secondary lumbar discitis,which is a economic and effective method.关键词
