牙周病与口腔癌相关性的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Association between Periodontal Disease and Oral Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the association between periodontal disease and oral cancer by using meta-analysis approach. Methods The PubMed and CBM databases were searched for relevant studies up to June 30, 2012. After quality assessment and data extraction for included studies, a meta-analysis was performed by using the Comprehensive Meta Analysis v2.2 software. Results Finally 5 case-control studies were recruited, all the quality were morderate to high. The result of meta-analysis of adjusted data showed that exposed periodontal diseases can obviously increase of risk for oral cancer 2. 66 times(OR=2.66,95%CI =1.12-6.35) ,and 5.05 times for unadjusted data(OR =5.05,95%CI =2.39 ~ 10.66). Sensitivity analysis showed the results were robust, the publication bias was not conducted. Conclusion Based on current evidence , periodontal diseases is likely an independently and significantly risk factor for oral cancer.关键词
