摘要
Abstract
Objective To report a case of bilateral ovaries and cervix granulocytic sarcoma and to study its clinical and pathologic features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods A case of bilateral ovaries and cervix granulocytic sarcoma was studied by light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining together with review of literature. Results The female patient was 46 years old. She was diagnosed as ANLL-M2 half years ago and now Ultrasound showed bilateral pelvic masses and. Histopathologically, the tumor cells of bilateral ovaries and cervix were medium in size and relatively u-niform in appearance, showing a diffuse infiltration. The cytoplasm was scanty, the nuclei were round or oval with thick nuclear membrane. Mitosis figures were readily identified. Scattered immature eosinophilic myelocytes were seen. Im-munophenotype showed that the tumor cells were positive for MPO, CD43 and CD117. The proliferation index of Ki-67 was 30%.. Conclusion Granulocytic sarcoma of bilateral ovaries and cervix is a rare tumor with high malignant degree and poor prognosis, it should be distinguished with malignant small cell tumor. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis are based on pathologic features and immunohistochemical examination.关键词
