中草药饲料添加剂对河西肉牛血液生化指标影响的研究
Impact of Herbal Feed Additive on the Blood Biochemical Indexes of Hexi Beef Cattle
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the product quality,especially the blood products,and benefit of industry of Hexi cattle, the fattening and slaughter test were carried out and the blood samples of beef cattle fed with low dose herbal feed additive, high dose herbal feed additive and the control ration were analyzed. 5 kinds of serum mineral ion, 7 kinds of serum metabolites and 5 kinds of serum enzyme were determined. The results showed that the content of Na+, Mg2+ and lactate dehydrogenase in the serum of high dose group were extremely significantly higher than those of the low dose group and the control group (P< 0.01),content of Cl- in the high dose group was very significantly higher than that of control group (P<O.Ol ),the content of glucose, creatinine and triglyceride were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05),the content of alanine aminotransferase was significantly lower than that of the other two groups (P<0.05), while content of aspartate aminotrans-ferase(AST) was significantly higher than those of the other two groups (P<0.05).Content of high-density lipoprotein in the serum of low dose group and high dose group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<O.Ol ),the contents of alkaline phosphatase were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),the contents of alanine / Gu acid were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).It was concluded that this kind of herbal feed additive had good effect on beef blood biochemical index,the influence of high dose group was more favorable,the growth and development as well as the nutritional status of beef cattle fed with herbal feed additive were significantly better than that of control group.关键词
