Abstract
Education is a systematic engineering and we should build an all-direction and three-dimensional education system closely according to national educational policies and educational goals.The purpose of carrying out education in cultivation among students is to cultivate their good habits and realize their constant progress along a line of discipline-compliance-identity-introspection-selfdiscipline,as a result of improving overall quality of students.Military skill training in universities is the first course for freshmen,which is both an effective method for students' education in cultivation and a compulsory subject on national defense education,discipline education and patriotism education for students.According to the investigation on military skill training in 58 colleges and universities in Beijing,a feasible scheme on how to make a plan and carry it out about education in cultivation for students,which could offer reference for education in cultivation in universities and colleges.关键词
