研究型“不动产估价”课程教学体系探讨
Discussion on the Teaching System of the Course of Real Estate Evaluation Based on Research Style
摘要
Abstract
As the economy develops and the land market being vigorous,real estate evaluation is playing an increasingly important role in land market.According to the characteristics of real estate evaluation course and the problems existing in its teaching progress,combining with the current needs of the high-level expertise of real estate valuation professionals,a real estate evaluation teaching system based on theory-practice interaction in research style has been established from three sides which are teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment methods.Meanwhile,suggestions and measures for delivering this teaching system are also proposed to improve the teaching quality of real estate evaluation.关键词
