摘要
Abstract
Teaching team construction is the core of course construction and the key to ensure the quality of teaching.Since the teaching team of sedimentology national quality course was constructed by the nation financial sponsoring,We have carried out work in five aspects:(1)strengthen ethics of teachers to enhance the teaching consciousness;(2)strengthen the teacher echelon construction to optimize teacher team structure;(3)strengthen the training of young teachers to construct a reserve force with high teaching and researching ability;(4)strengthen research characteristics to enhance teachers’ research level;(5)construct network platform to promote the team cohesion.As a result,the teaching team is characterized by the whole advanced in ethics,echelon structure reasonable,the young reserve force outstanding,science research characteristics,team unity and harmony.And the high quality team ensures the teaching quality of sedimentary petrology,and greatly supports relative majors’construction.关键词
