摘要

Abstract

Waste printed circuit board recycling was analyzed using liquid-solid fluidized bed. By the moving mechanization of grains in fluidized bed, the different settling velocities of grains in fluidized bed were calculated. The factors which could influence the settling velocity were inquired. The results show that the settling velocity of grains becomes higher with density and grain size being greater, and its settling velocity becomes lower with grains volume concentration. Separating from different levels of grains and feeding amounts, the metal recovery declines while the grade of metal shows an upward trend along with the increase of rising water speed. In the test scope, the feeding amount has little effects on the results of sorting between the metal and nonmetal in liquid-solid fluidized bed.
