摘要

Abstract

The influences of wheel parameters, processing parameters and ultrasonic vibration parameters on the trajectory of adjacent grits were considered fully in elliptic ultrasonic vibration grinding. The locus equation of adjacent grits in elliptic vibration grinding was formulated. The criterion of the relationship of the trajectory among adjacent grits was given. Simulation and analysis were made to show the influences of adjacent grit distance between the adjacent grits,the radial height difference of the neighboring grits,the workpiece feed rate,the radiual of the wheel and the amplitude of the ultrasonic.
