Abstract
Objective To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of single dose of cefazedone sodium injection in Chinese healthy subjects. Methods A randomized, two period cross - over study was conducted. Twelve subjects were administrated intravenously 1 and 2 g of cefazedone sodium within 45 min infusion. The concentrations of cefazedone in serum and urine were determinated by HPLC method. Results The main pharmacokinetic pa-rameters of two dose (1 g and 2 g) were as follows; Cmax were (129. 45 ± 32.20) , (251.10 ±49.59) mg·L-1;t1/2β were (1. 65 ± 0. 31) , (1.65 ±0.19) h; AUC0-t were (273.91 ±72. 23) ,(557.41 ±108.46) mg ·h·L-1, respectively. Urinary recovery rates was (81.9 ±8.6)%, (82.7 ± 7.4) % , respectively. Conclusion The main pharmacokinetic parameters of cefazedone in diferenent doses were nearly fit linear dynamic feature, and the drug maily excreted through kidney.关键词
