石榴皮水提物对束缚浸水应激大鼠胃肠运动机能的影响
Effects of aqueous extraction from pomegranate peel on gastrointestinal motility function in restraint and water-immersion stress rat

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of aqueous extraction from pomegranate peel (AEPP) on the gastrointestinal motility function in re-straint and water - immersion stress ( RWIS) rats. Method Male Wist-ar rats were randomly divided into blank group, control I group ( double distilled water, DDW), control Ⅱ group (DDW + RWIS), control Ⅲ group (5000 mg·kg-1 except polyphenols of AEEP + RWIS ) and test Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ groups (50, 500, 5000 mg·kg-1 AEPP + RWIS). The rats of each group were given drug by intragastric administration, and then treated with RWIS. The gastric ulcer index and gastrointestinal motility were observed. Results Compared with control group Ⅱ , the gastric ul-cer index and intestinal propulsive rate in test Ⅱ , Ⅲ groups decreased significantly , and the gastric remnant rate, the time of defecation signifi-cantly increased ( P < 0. 05 , P < 0. 01). However, the Control Ⅲ group had no such phenomenon. Conclusion The AEPP could be a prodrug with preventive effect to stress gastric mucosal lesion and gastrointestinal motility disorder.关键词
