不同剂量奥沙利铂对小鼠皮下移植肿瘤的抑制效果
Inhibition effect of different doses oxaliplatin on the growth of tumor transplanted froma mouse

Abstract
Objective To observe the inhibition effect of different doses oxaliplatin on the growth of tumor transplanted froma mouse. Methods Amouse tumor model was set up by the SGC -7901 cell line and divided into three groups; including control 5% glucose injection group, oxali-platin 1.5 mg·kg-1 group and oxalip latin 15. 0 mg·kg-1 group. Since the second day, the three groups were injected introperitoneally with same amount, once a day for 10 days. Oxaliplatin 15. 0 mg·kg-1 con-ventional chemotherapy group was injected introperitoneally on the second day. After 10 days, the mice were killed and the tumors were taken out and the tumor weight inhibiting rates calculated. Tumors were examined by using immunohistochemical staining to study the expression of CD34. The activity of caspase - 3 was measured and the expression of VEGF and Ang - 2 were detected. Results The tumor weight inhibiting rates in oxaliplatin 1. 5 mg·kg-1 group and oxaliplatin 15. 0 mg·kg-1 group were 44. 7% and 15. 8% . The activity of caspase - 3 was in-creased in oxaliplatin 1. 5 mg·kg-1 group and oxaliplatin 15.0 mg·kg-1 group, but the activity of caspase - 3 was much higher in oxaliplatin 1.5 mg·kg-1 group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Compared with negative control group, MVD and the expression of VEGF and Ang - 2 in small dose ox-aliplatin group were much lower ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Low dose of oxaliplatin shows significant inhibition effect on the growth of tumor and the antiangiogensis effect.关键词
