摘要
Abstract
Objective To retrospective analyze effect of long - acting β - agonist ( LABA) monotherapy on asthma in children and adults.
Methods Medical records of 124 cases by the use of LABA monothera-py in the pediatrics department of our hospital were
retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results In term of the penetration of LABA monotherapy, female subjects are higher than male
subjects. The popularization rate in 3 years has been increased with the age increasing. According to the age analy-sis , the
clinical effect of LABA monotherapy among the ages has statisti-cally significant difference (P <0. 01). Conclusion LABA
monothera-py is not good effect, especially for the elderly asthma patients.关键词
