Abstract
AIM To establish a HPLC method for the determination of minoxidil in compound minoxidil liniment .METHODS HPLC was applied to determine the test drug with Hypersil ODS2 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm )column. The mobile phase was V ( methanol): V(0.1 % triethylamine in water) = 75:25, the measurement wavelength was 285 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1. RESULTS The linear range was 6.6-39.6 mg·L-1( r = 0.999 6) .The average recovery and RSD was 107.99% and 0.99% .respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive, and can be used for the determination of minoxidil in compound minoxidil liniment. It can be used as an effective quality control method for minoxidil liniment.over关键词
