摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical application of skin expanders in the therapy of faciocervical scars, and observe the long-term effects of the treatments. Methods Surgerys were devided into two phases. During phase 1, skin expanders were placed in normal subcutaneous near scars to make the skin expanding fully. During phase 2, after skin expanders were removed and scars were resected,the expanded skin flaps were transplanted to cover the defects. Results 29 expanders were placed in 18 patients,and there were 6 (20%) complications;all patients received effective treatment and were satisfied with the results of repairments. While during the long-term follow-up, some patients were dissatisfied and had more sophisticated requirements. Conclusion The effects of skin expanders to repair the faciocervical scars are good, while more sophisticated operations are required to meet patients. 关键词
