摘要
Abstract
Objective Improving current liposuction's approach and method for gynecomastia, to explore a more simple and effective method for adolescent and after adolescent patients with gynecomastia. Methods From November 2010 to March 2012,we used liposuction by the umbilical incision approach to treat 44 cases of adolescent and after adolescent patients with gynecomastia. After operation we followed up 3 months to 1.5 years. Results All patients with breast volume were significantly reduced; chest wall was smooth and contour was natural. There were no complications of the nipple-areola area skin ischemic necrosis and sensory disturbances. There were only four cases of subcutaneous ecchymosis and absorbed itself after 2 weeks. All patients satisfied with the surgical results and chest shape. Conclusion For the adolescent and after adolescent patients with gynecomastia, transumbilical approach liposuction is a simple and effective surgical method. 关键词
