摘要
Abstract
Objective To elvaluate the efficiency of Acellular Dermal Matrix and reconstructing parotid fascia in the prevention of the frey's syndrome after parotidectomy. Methods 50 subtotalparotidectomy cases were consisted in this study and subdivided into three groups randomly.The group A used reconstructing parotid fascia.The group B used Acellular Dermal Matrix.While the group C kept blank,with no transplant was inserted.All cases were followed up one year after operation.and the Minor Test was done to elvaluate the incidence of the Frey's syndrome. Results The incidence of frey's syndrome group A was 7.69%,group B was 7.14 %,while was 65. 22% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Reconstructing parotid fascia parotidectomy can efficiently prevent Frey's syndrome, it should be used for first. Transplantation of acellular dermal matrix if the reconstructing parotid fascia parotidectomy can not be used can efficiently prevent Frey's syndrome too.关键词
