Abstract
Objective To investigate biological activities of porcine dermal papilla conditioned medium. Methods Culture medium of the lower passage porcine dermal papilla cells was collected for conditioned medium. The higher passage human dermal papilla cells growth pattern and the growth curve of the higher passage human dermal papilla cells cultured with conditioned medium were observed in vitro.The higher passage human dermal papilla cells and the lower passage porcine dermal papilla cells was co-cultured. Results Cultured with conditioned medium of the lower passage porcine dermal papilla cells, the higher passage human dermal papilla cells appeared aggregative growth pattern, and the growth curve of the higher passage human dermal papilla cells in vitro were much better than those in the control groups (P<0.05)and the values of 3H-TdR incorporation were higher than that in the control groups (P<0.05). The higher passage human dermal papilla cells appeared aggregative growth pattern, co -cultured with the lower passage porcine dermal papilla cells. Conclusion These results in vitro showed that the conditioned medium of the lower passage porcine dermal papilla cells might excrete some factors that have some definite biological activities.关键词
