摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore a effective clinical method which could improve the survival of subcutaneous vascular net skin graft. Methods The Nd:YAG fractional laser was performed and preconditioned on the skin graft 24 houres.the survival of the skin graft was observed 10 days after the operation. Results The conditioned skin graft all survived better than the nonconditioned skin graft. Conclusion The preconditioning of subcutaneous vascular net skin graft is effective to improve the survival of the skin graft. 关键词
