中药预防流感作用与黏膜免疫相关性研究
Research the relations between the efficacy of Chinese Medicine in the prevention influenza and mucosal immune

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the positively relations between the efficacy of Chinese Medicine in the prevention influen za and mucosal immune. Methods: (1) Effect of several different preventive herbs on mucosal immunity in normal mice : Normal BALB/c mice were divided into different groups randomly , Blank control group , Ribavirin group ( Oral administration, 100 mg/kg) , Yinqiao Powder Preparation , Jade Screen Powder Preparation , Bing-xiang Powder Preparation ( Nebulised inhalation and Nasal drops ). All trial drug groups were administrated to mice 12 d. On the 12th day, mice were measured to collect the sera , rinse solution of intes— timal, nasopharynx, lung and the IgA antibodies in them were detected by ELISA , and Blank control group weighted the body and lung to measure the pulmonary index. (2) Effect of several different preventive herbs on mucosal immunity in mice infected with influenza virus: BALB/c mice infected with influenza were divided into six groups randomly , Virus control group , Ribavirin group, Yinqiao Powder Preparation, Jade Screen Powder Preparation , Bing-xiang Powder Preparation ( Nebulised inhalation and Nasal drops ). All trial drug groups were administrated to mice 7 d before infection. On the 5th day post-infection , mice were measured to collect the sera, rinse solution of intestimal, nasopharynx, lung and the IgA antibodies in them were detected by ELISA , and weighted the body and lung to measure the pulmonary index. Results: (1) Effect of several different preventive herbs on mucosal immunity in normal mice : Pulmonary-index and virus titer decreased significantly ( P < 0. 01 ) in these groups of Ribavirin , Yinqiao Powder Preparation , Jade Screen Powder Preparation and Bing -xiang Powder Preparation by administration 7 d before infection, inhibition ratios of pulmonary -index were 25.46% up to 41. 61%. Compared with the Blank control group , the level of sera IgA in the Yinqiao Powder Preparation group and Bing-xiang Powder Preparation by nebulised inhalation were significantly increased after the treatment . The level of nasopharynx slgA in the Bing-xiang Powder Preparation by nasal drops was markedly increased . While the level of lung slgA in the Ribavirin was obviously decreased. The level of secretory IgA ( sIgA) in the rinse solution of intestimal descents after the treatment of Yinqiao Powder Preparation, Jade Screen Powder Preparation and Bing -xiang Powder Preparation. ( 2 ) Effect of several different preventive herbs on mucosal immunity in mice infected with influenza virus : Compared with the Virus control group , the level of Sera IgA in the Ribavirin group was obviously decreased , while markedly increased in the Bing-xiang Powder Preparation by nebulised inhalation group. The level of lung IgA was obviously decreased , but markedly increased in Jade Screen Powder Preparation group and Bing -xiang Powder Preparation by nebulised inhalation group including the level of slgA in the rinse solution of intestimal . Conclusion: Ribavirin has a inhibitory effect on mucosal immune in long -term treatment on normal and infected with mice at dosage of 100 mg/kg, so it should be considered that it is not recommended as preventive drugs of influenza . Three kind of medication type of Chinese Medicine in pre -vent influenza include oral administration, smoke inhalation and wearing aromatic drug. They could act on nasal mucosa, respiratory tract and digestive mucosa to stimulate local mucosal immune and produce secretory type IgA for the prevention and treatment of influ — enza. The effect of Chinese Medicine in the prevention influenza is related with mucosal immune .关键词
