臂踝脉搏波速度与缺血性心血管病风险评估程度关系的研究
Relationship between Brachial Ankel Pulse Wave Velocity and Risk of Ischemic Cardiovascular Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between brachial ankle pulse wave velocity ( baPWV ) and ischemic cardiovascular disease ( ICVD ). Methods A total of 3 200 healthy subjects who had taken health check - up in our center from October 2009 to December 2011 were enrolled in this study. There height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, blood lipids, and baPWV were measured. Their diseases histories and smoking history were recorded. The " Simplified Evaluation Tool of ICVD 10 -year Onset in China" was adopted fore the risk evaluation. Subjects with 10 -year ICVD absolute risks < 5. 0% , 5. 0% ~ 10. 0% , or >20. 0% , were enrolled into four groups: low -risk, intermediate -risk, high -risk, and extremely high -risk groups. The differences in risk degrees among different age groups were analyzed. A baPWV ≥1 400 cm/s was defined as increasing fast. The percentages of fast detection rate was compared among these four groups. Univariate analysis was performed between the individual baPWV value and the score of ICVD risks. Results The risk degree was significantly different among the 34 ~44 age group, 45 ~54 age group, and 55 ~64 age group ( P <0. 001 ). Among these three age groups, the baPWV was significantly different within the low - risk group ( P < 0. 05 ), while no such difference was seen in the intermediate - risk, high - risk, and extremely high - risk groups ( P >0. 05 ). The average baPWV values in the low - risk, intermediate - risk, high - risk, and extremely high - risk groups were ( 1 356 ± 171 ), ( 1 626 ± 220 ), ( 1 786 ± 307 ), and ( 2 032 ±458) cm/s, respectively ( P <0. 0001 ). Subjects with higher baPWV in the low -risk, intermediate -risk, high -risk and extremely high - risk groups accounted for 35. 9% ( 1 042/2 916 ), 88. 1% ( 182/202 ), 91. 9% ( 55/56 ), and 100. 0% ( 37/ 37 ), respectively ( P <0. 0001 ). Monovariate analysis showed a correlation between PWV value and scores of ICVD risk ( r = 0.67, P= 0.0001). Conclusion baPWV is closely related with the risk degree of ICVD 10 - year onset. The increased baP-WV may be used to predict the risk of ICVD. Therefore, it can be applied for screening the risky populations.关键词
