重性精神障碍患者对社区精神卫生服务的认知和需求研究
Cognition and Need for Community Mental Health Services in Patients with Severe Mental Disorders

Abstract
Objective To explore the cognition and need for community mental health services in patients with severe mental disordersMethods We randomly selected 92 patients with mood disorder and 100 patients with schizophrenia from four communities and two large psychiatric hospitals in Beijing. The subjects were surveyed with the questionnaire on cognition and need for community mental health services. Results About 43. 4% of the subjects were not aware of the availability of community mental health services. Only 37. 6% of the subjects had been provided with community mental health services regularly. Subjects who were very satisfied and satisfied with the current community mental health services accounted for 20. 0% and 17. 8% of the subjects, respectively. Subjects who believed they greatly needed and needed community mental health services accounted for 31. 6% and 36. 9% , respectively. Subjects who were quite willing to and willing to receive community mental health services accounted for 35. 1% and 25. 1% , respectively. Conclusion Patients with severe mental health disorder have low cognition and need for community mental health services. The current community mental health services are not able to meet the needs of the patients. Reform efforts should be made to utilize community mental health services in the prevention and management of mental disorders.关键词
