急诊集束化治疗对急性心力衰竭患者心肺功能的影响研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of bundle treatment on cardiopulmonary function of patients with acute heart failure. Methods 60 patients with severe acute left ventricular failure underwent bundle treatment in emergency department of our hospital from January 2011 to June 2012 were selected as bundle treatment group, while 58 patients with severe acute left ventricular failure underwent conventional treatment from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected as control group. Both groups were given routine treatment after admission, and the bundle treatment group was also given bundle treatment. The RR, SaO2 , PaO2 , SBP and remission time of breath shortness of the two groups were observed. Results RR, SaO2 , PaO2 and SBP between bundle treatment and control group before treatment showed no statistically significant differences ( P > 0. 05 ). After treatment, the RR in bundle treatment group was slowed, the SaO2 and PaO2 were increased and the SBP was decreased ( P < 0. 05 ). The remission time of breath shortness in bundle treatment group ( 4. 4 ± 2. 6 ) h was shorter than that of the control group (8. 4 ±3. 3 ) h ( t =7. 383 , P <0. 001 ). Conclusion Bundle treatment can quickly improve patients' SaO2 and PaO2 , significantly shorten the remission time of breath shortness and achieve satisfactory effect on patients' short term symptoms and cardiopulmonary function stability.关键词
