摘要
Abstract
Heavy rainfall disaster on July 21, 2012 in Beijing had aroused wide concerns in China. Tongzhou district, being one of the key development cities in Beijing municipality, suffered a serious disaster in this heavy rail. This paper gives a series of measures on urban soil and water conservation from new views and practices of soil and water conservation in order to provide ideas and practices for disaster prevention and mitigation in urban regions. It includes control of soil erosion source and utilization of surface runoff comprehensive utilization of dregs and soil resources of earth and stone reducing the ground hardening rate and increasing vegetation coverage and utilization of rainwater resources.关键词
