金黄色葡萄球菌IsdB基因缺失序列比较与宿主特异性分析

Abstract
Comparison of IsdB gene sequences of Staphylococcus aureus strains XJ43(CC97),XJ108(CC398) and XJ69(CC479) of Xinjiang origin revealed that gene deletions of different lengths existed between 277-314 base pairs,which constituted three sequence types and led to changes in protein secondary structure.Further Blast analysis of genomes of Staphylococcus aureus deposited in NCBI confirmed also identified their difference from XJ43 strain despite of their sequence consensus at more than 95%.The same gene deletion was found in bovine strains CC133 and 425,sheep strain 151 and zoonotic strain CC398 but not in human strains USA300 and TCH959(CC8).The deletion of IsdB gene sequences was not related to animal species although it occurred more frequently in ruminant mastitis strains.关键词
