摘要

Abstract

The decoloration - technology of polysaccharides in pine cone from Pinus koraiensis with activated carbon method was studied. The effects of activated carbon dosage, time, temperature and pH on decoloration rate were investigated. The experiment conditions were optimingized by orthogonal design, and the optimum conditions were as follows; activated carbon dosage was 1.5% , decoloration time was 60 min, decoloration temperature was 50 ℃ and pH was 3. This study provided the theoretical basis for the production of polysaccharide of Pinus koraiensis.
