Recent Advances in the Mechanisms and Veterinary Clinical of Cytokine Immunological Adjuvant
摘要
Abstract
Cytokines as immunoadjuvant could enhance cellular immunologic response and humoral immunoresponse of animals, thus enhance specific immunity response of vaccine. Cytokines had crucial role in bacterium, virus, parasite and tumor vaccine's researched. This cytokines include interleukin, interferon and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and so on. Recent advances were reviewed in the effective mechanisms and application of cytokines, which could provide important references for veterinary clinic application.关键词
