Isolation and Clone Analysis of ORF5 Gene of PRRSV GZ-KY1 Strain
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment, a strain of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) was isolated in PK-15 cells by using synchronous inoculation method, named GY-KY1 strain, and the ORF5 gene was cloned. The results demonstrated that GY-KY1 strain was American type and the ORF5 gene was 603 bp. The amino acid consistency of GY-KY1 strain with domestic virulent strain than the attenuated strain, and had the farest genetic relationship with the classic American strains and domestic attenuated strain.关键词
