Abstract
Considering the association of IGF-Ⅰ with chicken reproductivity, IGF-Ⅰ gene was selected as a candidate to screen the nucleotide variation by PCR-RFLP method and analyze the association of polymorphisms with late egg reproduction. The genetic variation of the 5'region of IGF- I gene was detected in 113 Green egg chickens by PCR-RFLP, and three geno-types(AA, BB and AB) were identified through PCR products cutting by Pst I restriction enzyme. By Chi square test, black feather Green egg chickens were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at Pst I site(P>0. 05). The statistic results showed that laying performance in the telophase of laying (14 and 15 months) was no significant difference between different genotypes(P> 0. 05).关键词
