Abstract
In order to investigate the pathogenesis of duck field, one strain of duck hepatitis virus was isolated from the duck field, determination of the virus in duck embryo ELD50 for 610-5.53/0. 2 mL by Reed-Muench method, animal regression test showed attack ducklings reproduce original disease and clinical symptoms and pathological changes, type DHV- I positive serum on strains isolated virus without neutralization, RT-PCR identification the isolated strain of the virus is a new type of duck hepatitis virus.关键词
