摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of children ' s abnormal blinking and their effective therapies. Methods Analyze the clinical manifestation and living habits and check results for 2160 cases with abnormal blinking and observe the treatment effective. Results 1693 cases(78. 38% ) had ocular surface diseases and 1231 cases (57. 00% ) had ametropia. By symptomatic treatment, overcoming the bad living habits and adjusting psychology, withinfi month blinking symptoms disappeared in 1411 cases (70. 87% ) ,reduced in 304 cases(15. 27% )and no improved in 276 cases(13. 86% ). Conclusions Ocular surface diseases and ametropia are the main causes of children's abnormal blinking and bad habits in using eyes and daily life are the common causes. Serious checking and asking medical history is the key to make the right diagnosis, good effect can be achieved through treatment.关键词
