Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of antibacterial special rectification in our hospital. METHODS: Antibacterial outpatient prescriptions of our hospital in 2011 were commented before and after special rectification, and the utilization of antibacterial was analyzed statistically. RESULTS: Of total 754 133 prescriptions in 33 departments in the whole year, 29 departments used 151 864 antibacterial prescriptions, accounting for 20.14%. They were 53 254 prescriptions before rectification and 98 610 prescriptions after rectification. Based on ratio of 5:1, 12 100 prescriptions before rectification and 24 402 prescriptions after rectification were collected, total of 36 502 prescriptions. There were 2 024 irrational prescriptions before rectification and 2 690 after rectification, accounting for 4.22% and 2.80 of total number of prescriptions. The proportions of irrational antibacterial prescription were 16.73% and 11.02% , decreasing by 5.71% ; the proportions of irrational prescription of drug combination were 4.74% and 2.75%, decreasing by 1.99%. There were 90 tow-drug prescriptions before rectification(4.45% )and 74 after rectification (2.75%); there were 6 three-drug prescriptions before rectification (0.30%) and none of them after rectification. The proportion antibacterial prescription in total number of prescription decreased by 2.39% , and that of drug cost decreased by 5.38% , that of injection cost decreased by 9.91%. The ratio of DDDs reduced by 2.63% and DDC reduced by 17.90 yuan per day. CONCLUSION: Antibacterial use in outpatient department of our hospital has been improved significantly after special rectification. There still are some problems , such as medication going against indication and unsuitable usage and dosage, etc. So the supervision of clinical application should be strengthened.关键词
