Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of ADR in our hospital. METHODS: 173 ADR cases reported by our hospital during 2009 - 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: Of 173 ADR reports, new severe ADR accounted for 30.64% ; ADR reported by out-patient and emergency department accounted for 29.48%; most of ADR were caused by injection, accounting for 78.61% ; antibiotic-induced ADR accounted for 30.64%; main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and appendants, accounting for 42.77%. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to antibiotic management and monitoring of drugs with high incidence of ADR to guarantee the safe and effective use of drugs in the clinic.关键词
