Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of total triterpenic acid in Crataegi Fructus concentrated pills. METHODS: Using ursolic acid as control, the content of total triterpenic acid in Crataegi Fructus concentrated pills was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the dosage of coloration, bathing temperature and colorimetric time were all investigated. RESULTS: The linear range of ursolic acid was 3.313×l0-3～16.560×10-3 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 3) with an recovery rate of 101.2% (RSD=2.6%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is easy to operate with good precision, reproducibility and recovery. It can be used to determinate the content of total triterpenic acid in Crataegi Fructus concentrated pills.关键词
