血塞通注射液联合奥拉西坦治疗原发性脑出血的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical efficacy and security of Xuesaitong injection combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of primary cerebral hemorrhage. METHODS: 120 patients with primary cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Based on symptomatic treatment of conventional dehydration and rehabilitation, treatment group was given Xuesaitong injection combined with oxiracetam and control group was given oxiracetam. 2 groups were treated for 14 days. Therapeutic efficacy, safety and neurological impairment score were observed and compared between 2 groups after treatment. RESULTS: The response rate was 76.7% in treatment group and 53.3% in control group, there was statistical significance in 2 groups (P<0.05) ; after treatment, neurological impairment score of treatment group was better than that of control group (/><0.05), and no serious adverse drug reactions was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Xuesaitong injection combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of primary brain hemorrhage show good therapeutic efficacy and safety, and significantly improve neurological function.关键词
