Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for content determination of polysorbate 80 in Yuxingcao injection. METHODS : The content of Yuxingcao injection was determinated by UV-visible spectrophotometry at the detection wavelength of 623.50 nm using water as blank control based on the blue complex that was the reaction product of polyethoxy of polysorbate 80 and ammonium cobalt thiocyanate, which can dissolved in dichloromethane. RESULTS: The linear range of polysorbate 80 was 0.053— 0.530 mg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.38% (RSD= 1.04% , n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, easy, accurate, reliable, stability and exclusive, and it is suitable for the quality control of Yuxingcao injection.关键词
