Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the transdermal effects of 4 kinds of transdermal enhancers by cluster analysis method. METHODS: The transdermal effects of azone, menthol, volatile oils of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) on transdermal absorption of paracetamol in skin of rabbit back in vitro were studied and the steady flow, penetrating parameter, lag time and enhancement ratio were calculated. The transdermal of transdermal enhancers was evaluated by Euclidean distance of cluster analysis method. RESULT: The results of cluster analysis method were in line with the data of transdermal experiment. CONCLUSION: Cluster analysis method is feasible to evaluate the transdermal effect of transdermal enhancers.关键词
