Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of domestic pemetrexed in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS: 62 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into 2 groups according to different kinds of pemetrexed. Group A was given domestic pemetrexed, group B was given imported pemetrexed. Therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between 2 groups after 1 year of treatment. RESULTS: After 1 year, therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reactions of 2 groups had no significant differences (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of domestic pemetrexed are similar to imported pemetrexed for NSCLC 1 year later.关键词
