Study on Main Reasons and Countermeasures for the Safety of Essential Drug Distribution
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the safety guarantee of essential drugs distribution. METHODS: By reviewing relevant literatures and data, conducting field survey, main reasons for the risk of distribution safety were analyzed to put forward countermeasures. RESULTS: Main reasons for the risk of distribution safety of essential drugs were as follows: the illegal actions only cost little and the regulations of resources were deficient, and the qualities of pharmaceutical employees were insufficient with the failure of the market mechanisms. CONCLUSION: Laws and regulations which suites current situation should be perfected; we construct regulatory mechanism, with particular emphasis on control of regulatory in advance , at the same period, and the feedback. It is recommended to adopt level management system of territorial management among drug distribution enterprise, restore the county pharmaceutical inspection organization, and equip suitable technical supervision assembly at the stage; strengthen the first responsibility awareness of enterprises, and pharmaceutical companies shoulder the responsibilities and obligations of employees training. Implement the stoning temperature and humidity, to protect the safely of the transport of essential drugs.关键词
