Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the short-term efficacy of ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and its effect on plasma D-two dimers and von Willebrand factor (vWF). METHODS: 42 ACI patients were given routine treatment, including dehydration, hypotension. They were additionally given on Ozagrel sodium chloride injection 80 mg-100 mL-1, intravenous infusion, bid, for 2 consecutive weeks. Therapeutic efficacy, improvement of NDS score and ADL score and adverse drug reaction were observed before and after treatment. The contents of plasma D-D and vWF were determined, using 30 healthy physical examinees as control. RESULTS: After treatment, NDS score and ADL score were improved significantly than before, there was statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01). Total effective rate was 90.5%. Before treatment, the contents of D-D and vWF in plasma in ACI patients were significantly higher than normal control group (P<0.01), and the contents of D-D and vWF in plasma were decreased significantly after treatment (F<0.01), but higher than control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Ozagrel can significantly decrease D-D and vWF content in plasma of ACI patients, significantly improve NDS score and ADL score, and is well tolerated.关键词
