摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of glucose in Oral rehydration salts powder ( I ). METHODS: HPLC-RID was adopted. Hypersil APS-2 (NH2) column was used with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water (75:25) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL-min-1. The temperatures of both the column and the detector were 40 ℃. The injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of glucose was 0.208 2-2.082 mg ? ml-1 (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 101.40% (RSD=2.00%, n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, simple, specific, low sample consume, accurate and acceptable , which can be selected to determine the content of glucose in Oral rehydration salts powder ( I ).关键词
