Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of edema and pain relief and wound healing by Diosmin tablets after anorectal operation. METHODS: 260 patients underwent anorectal operation in our hospital during Mar. - Spet. 2011 were randomized into treatment group (136 cases) and control group (124 cases). Treatment group was given Diosmin tablets 2 pieces each time (0.45 g per piece) twice a day for consecutive 7 days since first day after operation; control group didn't taken Diosmin tablets and any analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. Local edema and pain and time of wound healing were compared between 2 groups after treatment, and adverse drug reaction was observed. RESULTS: The edema and pain score and total score of treatment group were improved significantly 48 h, 72 h and 7 d after operation, compared with control group (P<0.01); average time of wound healing in treatment group was shorter than in control group significantly (P<0.01). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Diosmin tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of edema and pain after anorectal operation and promote wound healing.关键词
