地奥司明片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Diosmin tablets in the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. METHODS: 240 cases of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion in our hospital during Jan. 2011-Jan. 2012 were divided into treatment group (150 cases) and control group (90 cases). Treatment group reposed on a bed absolutely for half month and received Diosmin tablets orally 2 pieces each time (0.45 g per piece) three times a day for 2 weeks (1 treatment course). Control group reposed on a bed absolutely for half month and received rapid intravenous dripping of 20% Mannitol injection 200 mL, bid and intravenous dripping of dexamethasone 10 mg added into 10% Glucose and sodium chloride injection 500 mL, qd. 3 days later they stopped taking drugs. Clinical efficacy, therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reaction were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS: Total effective rate of treatment group was 84.67%, and therapeutic efficacy of the groups was similar to mannitol combined with dexamethasone (87.78% , P>0.05). Lumbocrural pain score and straight-leg raising score of 2 groups were decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05), but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). No adverse drug reaction was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Diosmin tablets show obvious effect on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion with sound safety, and it is similar to mannitol combined with dexamethasone in term of clinical efficacy.关键词
