Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of icarilin in Jingang tablets. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C8 column was used with acetonitrile-water (25:75) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL-min-1. The UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm, and column temperature was 30 °C. The injection volume was 5 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of icarilin was 4.14-41.4 ng-mL"' (r=0.999 5) with an average recovery of 99.2% (RSD=0.72% , m=6). CONCLUSION: The method is specific and simple, and it is suitable foe the quality control of the preparation.关键词
