Exploration and Practice of Practice-theory Integration Teaching for the Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore and practise the practice-theory integration teaching for the technology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparation. METHODS: The course goal of TCM preparation technology was determined to find out the key elements of practice-theory integration teaching and give some examples and suggestions of the teaching process. RESULTS: Teaching space (training factory) and teachers (two-skilled-teachers) were two key elements of practice-theory integration teaching. Five steps method which included product realization, knowledge preparation, teacher demonstration, student practice and summary and evaluation was to be used during the practice-theory integration teaching. The teaching material should be processed properly, the teaching process should be also designed well and the main body role of students should be played in order to make students to become more enthusiasm and initiative, gain a good deal of enlightenment and get all-round development. CONCLUSION: The practice-theory integration teaching is an effective method to improve the teaching quality of TCM preparation technology.关键词
