血清高迁移率族蛋白B1在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的表达水平和临床意义
Expression of Serum HMGB-1 in the Diabetic Retinopathy Patients and the Clinical Significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels of serum HMGB-1 in the diabetic retinopatliy patients and explore the clinical significance. Methods A total of 37 diabetic patients,included PDR( n = 12),NPDR(n =14) and DR0(n =11) and 9 healthy individuals were recruit-ed,and fasting blood samples were obtained. High-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1 ) were assessed by ELBA. HI), FBG, total cholesterol (TC),TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels were determined. Results levels of the HMGB1 were significantly elevated in diabetic patients compared with those in healthy controls (P < 0.01 ). HMGB1 concentrations were also significantly increased in PDR compared with NPDR and DR0. The HMGB1 levels were correlated with the levels of HbACl, (r =0.736,P> 0.05). Conclusion The results showed that the increased ex-pression of HMGB1 participated in the proinilammatory state of diabetic retinopathy, which might be related to the hyperglycaemia.关键词
