摘要

Abstract

Aim To establish the experimental bald rat model and study the effect of recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor -2( rhKGF2 )on hair regeneration in experimental bald rat. Methods The hair of SD rats was removed by paste, and these SD rats were then randomly divided into seven groups, including normal group,5% minoxidil group,aFGF group,rhKGF2 high-dose group, rhKGF2 middle-dose group, rhKGF2 low-dose group,0. 9% saline group. Skin was treated with different medications as described above the day after hair removal. Body weight, hair length, hair weight, and the hair growth conditions were recorded on days 1,5,9 and 14 after treatment. The rats were sacrificed on day 14, and the experimental skin was used for his-topathological examination. Results Body weight of rats: compared with normal group, there was no significant difference in each group ( P > 0. 05 ) on days 1, 5,9, and 14; Hair length of rats: compared to 0. 9% saline group, there were significant differences in rh-KGF2 high-dose ( P <0. 05 ) and rhKGF2 middle-dose groups ( P < 0. 01 ) on days 5 and 9. On day 14, compared with 0. 9% saline group, there were significant differences in rhKGF2 high ( P < 0. 05 ), middle( P < 0. 01 ) and low-dose( P < 0. 05 ) groups; Hair weight of rats: On day 14, compared with 0.9% saline group, there were significant differences among ather groups ( except for normal group ) ( P < 0. 01 ); Histological findings: RhKGF2 played an important role in the formation and maturation of hair follicles in the experimental bald rats. Conclusion RhKGF2 plays an important role in hair regeneration in the experimental bald rats. RhKGF2 has good prospects for clinical application.
