Personnel Training Mode of Care Services for Disabled Elders and Its Ethical Follow-up
摘要
Abstract
Providing care services for disabled elders requires professional personnel, so that it is imperative to strengthen the professional training. Personnel training mode of care services for disabled elders consists of full -time academic education, order education and certification training, mass media guide and so on. The professional responsibility, cooperation and mutual assistance, dedicated System, care and patience spirit of ethics are internal bases to improve the comprehensive quality of personnel who provide care services for disabled elders.关键词
